One of the things we can all agree on is that sometimes, life is hard. We do our best, try to make time for radical self-care, do yoga, and laugh as much as possible. But it can be tough to carve out some “you” time, amidst work, home, relationships, kids, responsibilities and, yes, trying to get to yoga.
2018 is going to be a banner year, not just for me (because I like to share all the good stuff!), but for everyone.
So I wanted to offer something to get your year started on the right foot. Something to feed you every month, heal your soul, give you tools to bring things effortlessly into your reality, and maybe even allow you to have some fun along the way.

My Sassy Soul Food Program is comprised of 30-minute recordings (or several recordings that add up to around that amount of time) that come directly to you, right to your in-box, every month. You have to do absolutely NOTHING!
